Now I take the time to learn even more about what you offer and what your ideal customer longs for. I investigate your competition, mine reviews, read resources, and use your product or get a demo if possible. If we're going deep, I'll even do surveys or interviews with your customers. I've got loads of research-and-discovery tricks, and we'll use the ones that suit your project quickest and best.
I'll also ask you to fill out my branding questionnaire. (You'll actually find it kinda fun.) I’ll learn a ton, and answering the quick questions'll probably spark new ideas about your business for you too.
The result? The data I glean reveals the magic words your prospects need to hear to become customers.
Research & Discovery
The project takes off with me while you focus on running your business.
Here's my favorite part, where I transform data into copy. Copy that makes your ideal customers feel like you’re reading their minds—so they can’t resist your offer.
Next I present you with a strong first draft. If it’s website copy, I’ll present it in a wireframe so you can visualize the layout.
Often, my first draft is my last draft. But sometimes tweaks are needed, so bring on the feedback.
If you have changes, I implement your round of revisions, and then deliver your final copy. I’ll email you a PNG of the wireframe (if we're using one) and a link to your copy in Google Docs.
Writing & Editing
I retreat to my lab and come back with words that sell.
Now your designers and developers have my final copy and directions. They’ll know how I suggest the copy be laid out, and of course they’re free to work their magic.
It’s time to pay the remaining 50% of your balance. And sit back while your new investment pays for itself!

If you've decided to focus hard-core on conversions, we'll set up split (aka A/B) tests to measure results and inform tweaks. This is optional and totally depends on your goals. It's an amazing way to boost your conversion rates, so feel free to talk to me about it!
